Finally! Sunshine!!!

YES! The rain finally stopped & I got to go to the dog park today! Here's a pic of me & two of my buddies, Gizmo & Kaya. Ok, so it looks like Kaya's got me down here but...momma says to be nice to the girls. Humpf! The three of us had fun trying to get the tennis ball. Three cheers for sunshine & good times with my friends!

Lazy Weekend

Could anyone tell me what "gimping" means? On Friday when my mom came home to give me lunch my leg was hurting a little. I'm going to have to fake it better. Just because I was having a little trouble I've been shunned from the dog park. What the heck? Mom's finally easing up a little though. We went on a good long walk this afternoon. Cross your paws that I get to go to the park tomorrow.

A Night With the Boys

Tonight was cool! My mom took me to her friends house. Double score! Wait, make that a triple score! 1-Car ride, WOO HOO! 2-New smells & they have a dog! 3-One of mommy's friends just gives me treat after treat! I know how to work those basset eyes on him ;) It was fun to just sit around and talk with the guys. I can't believe their dog doesn't like me though. Seriously, what's not to like? Just because I stole all his dad's attention, stole his food, drank his water & walked thru his bed. What's so bad about that? Anywho, gotta catch some zzzz's so I'm sufficiently rested for more mischief tomorrow.

I am so cool!

Last night I really made my mom happy. Hey dog pals, make your kibble look like this & she'll think you're super cool. I have no idea why but hey, anything to get the "you're the best dog ever look."

It really must have worked because she took me to the dog park tonight for an hour and a half! I love going to the dog park. I have so many friends there. How can a dog named Buddy not have any buddies? That would just be silly.

Gotta crash, the dog park wore me out.

Family: Just me and the Mom. She brought home a cat for me to play with once but I let her know in no uncertain terms that this was my house & I'm not sharing it or my mommy!

Ok, lets get down to fun stuff. Yesterday I went to the Carmel Dog Day Afternoon. I had fun but a boy needs his down town. I decided to rest under an unsuspecting vendor's table. Mom got to listen to the woman talk about her wonderful boarding place. HA! Like Mom would ever board a charmer like me. I could have told the woman to save her breath but...what mom? You're going outside? Me too!
