It's finally spring! I am so glad night time doesn't come as soon as it does when it's cold out. It gives me more time to play. Today was my first hour & a half play time at the park in way too long. I like that more of my friends come out when the weather is nice. I even saw a sqwerl the other evening when my mom took me to water the neighborhood trees. I nearly pulled ole mom down when when I tried to take off after him. You gotta be careful around those sqwerls. One of my other favorite things about spring is that mom brings the swing out of the garage. I like to swing with my mom after doing my public service (watering trees). Hey, do you think I could get nominated for some sort of Earth Day award for that? Oh, before I forget...I'm finally going to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in a week or two for a Mutt Strut. As a basset, I have a natural strut. I hope the other dogs don't get jealous!
